Challenge:

The Episcopal School of Dallas (ESD), a co-ed college prep school, needed some unique AV solutions not typically found in a high school level environment. Their new performing arts building design called for sophisticated AV systems.

Solution:

Our company designed and installed systems in the Performing Arts Theater and the Zachary Bell Theater, both located in the new building. The Performing Arts Theater provides a venue for concerts, theater productions and assemblies. We installed a left/center/right loudspeaker array with over balcony delay. Input panels were distributed throughout the stage area for access to microphone inputs, monitor speaker outputs, and future video connectivity. A 32-channel 8 buss mixer along with CD, cassette, wireless microphones and digital effects can be used to enhance complex stage productions. A cue communication system allows interactive communication between the stage manager, AV booth, dressing rooms and grid locations.
