Peter Grabowksi

In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Peter Grabowski brings more than 10 years of executive financial management experience to AVI-SPL. This includes a wealth of expertise in working for both public and private sector organizations.

From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Grabowski served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Clockwork Home Services, Inc., a leading provider of technical home services. Clockwork was acquired in 2010 by Direct Energy Services.

Prior to his role at Clockwork, Mr. Grabowski spent 10 years with Gevity HR, Inc. He served increasingly high-level roles and responsibilities, including that of Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President from 2003 through 2007. His career in public accounting began with Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Mr. Grabowski is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts.
